· For the safety and health of our clients, we require that all vaccinations are current before their stay. If your pet takes any medications, we will administer them at no additional charge.
· Dogs must be up to date on their rabies, distemper, and kennel cough (bordetella). Cats must be current on rabies and distemper. Proof of current vaccinations will be kept on file and must be updated annually.
We know that sometimes life happens and you have to cancel a reservation. We appreciate as much notice as possible so that we can re-secure a reservation (many times we have a waiting list that we can call). If you do not notify us of your cancellation (no-show), you will be invoiced 50% of your scheduled stay. We are willing to work with you…if you are willing to work with us!
Live on facility means that not only is this your dog’s home away from home, it is also our home! Our family lives here 24/7 providing supervision to the property, buildings and your furry family members. We hope that you can honor our property as your own and let us know when you are arriving for pick up/drop offs (a quick text to 608.295.4337 helps). Sometimes we have to run to the bank or even the grocery store, so we don’t want to miss you! Please see the preferred drop off & pick up times noted in the question below.
You bet! Call or email us to set up a time that works best. Although we live on premise, we prefer a scheduled visit versus just stopping by.
Drop off/pick up times are between 7-9am, 12-1pm and 4-6pm. All other times must be made by an approved appointment.
Advanced reservations are appreciated. The more notice you can give, the better chance that we can secure your reservation! The facility does book well in advance for holidays, spring breaks, weekends and the busy summer season. We are a medium size facility and wish we could accommodate everyone, but sometimes we are already at canine capacity!
